How do I register my child for school?
Select your zone, then woreda, then choose your school. Click the REGISTER button and fill out the Google Form with your child's information. Upload the payment receipt and previous transcript. You will receive confirmation SMS within 24 hours.
What documents do I need to register?
You need: 1) Payment receipt (photo or PDF), 2) Previous year transcript/report card (PDF or photo), 3) Student's personal information (full name, grade, email).
How do I get my Transaction ID?
Make payment at any bank or using CBE Birr. Your receipt will show a Transaction ID (TXN number). Enter this exactly as shown on your receipt.
What if I don't receive confirmation SMS?
SMS is sent within 24 hours after registration. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact our support team using the information below.
Can I register in multiple schools?
No. Each student can register in only one school. Duplicate registrations will be rejected.
What if my school is not listed?
Contact your school director to ensure they have registered with our system. Schools are being added regularly.
What should I do if I made a mistake in the form?
Contact your school director immediately. They can help correct the information or reject the registration so you can re-submit.
